Alonadt Terms and Conditions – Rules, Policies & User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and Alonadt ("Alonadt", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at alonadt.net and all associated sub-domains. By creating an account on Alonadt, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the Alonadt platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means a registered member account on the Alonadt platform, identified by a unique username and secured by a password chosen by the member.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money PKR funds held in your Alonadt account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit added to your account by Alonadt, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and cashback amounts, which are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-money stake placed on a game or sporting event offered through the Alonadt platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount you must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal as cash.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which Alonadt conducts all transactions.
• "Platform" means the Alonadt website, mobile browser version, and any associated gaming software operated under the alonadt.net domain.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to Alonadt is blocked or restricted by Alonadt's licensing conditions.

References to "including" or "such as" are not limiting. References to a section number refer to that section within these Terms. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

To use the full features of Alonadt — including depositing funds, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a member account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.

By registering, you confirm that:

• All information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will notify Alonadt promptly of any changes to your registration information by updating your account profile or contacting support.
• You are registering for your own personal use only and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You have not previously had an Alonadt account closed, suspended, or self-excluded under any previous registration.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party in connection with your Alonadt account.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Alonadt account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If Alonadt detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts beyond the first registered may be closed and any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Alonadt will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact Alonadt support immediately and change your password.

Access to Alonadt is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Alonadt takes underage gambling prevention seriously and has zero tolerance for any attempt to circumvent the age verification process.

During registration, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Alonadt will verify your age during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, which is completed before your first withdrawal is processed. If age verification cannot be completed, your account will be placed on hold and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source.

If Alonadt discovers at any time that a member has provided a false date of birth and is under 18, the following actions will be taken:

• The account will be closed immediately with no prior notice.
• All winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited.
• Any deposited funds that have not been wagered will be returned to the payment source used for the deposit.
• The incident may be reported to relevant child protection authorities.

You also confirm that you are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law and where such prohibition applies to you personally.

All deposits on Alonadt are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Alonadt does not charge processing fees on deposits made via supported payment methods, though your payment provider may have their own transaction charges.

Supported Deposit Methods:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet — instant processing)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet — instant processing)
• NayaPay (digital wallet — instant processing)
• SadaPay (digital wallet — instant processing)
• Bank IBFT Transfer (same-day processing for transfers submitted before 8 PM PKT)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards (processing within 15 minutes)

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Alonadt will not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. If a deposit is received from an unverified third-party source, it will be returned and the account may be flagged for review.

Alonadt reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used for depositing before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and is not a reflection of suspicion of any individual member.

Withdrawals from your Alonadt balance are processed in Pakistani Rupees to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and is standard practice across responsible gaming platforms.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though very large withdrawal amounts (above Rs 5,00,000 in a single request) may require additional identity verification steps before processing.

Processing Times by Method:

• Easypaisa: within 5 minutes (24/7)
• JazzCash: within 5 minutes (24/7)
• NayaPay and SadaPay: within 10 minutes (24/7)
• Bank IBFT: same business day for requests submitted before 5 PM PKT; next business day for later requests
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank

Withdrawal requests require your account to have completed identity verification (KYC). If KYC has not been completed, your first withdrawal request will trigger the process — you will be asked to submit your CNIC or passport via the account verification section. Processing typically takes up to 24 hours once documents are submitted.

Alonadt does not charge withdrawal fees. You will receive the exact PKR amount you requested in your balance, with nothing deducted by Alonadt. Your payment provider's own fee schedule may apply independently.

Alonadt offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing members. All bonuses are governed by the general terms in this section plus any specific terms attached to individual offers. In the case of any conflict between general bonus terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms take precedence.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses are available only to members who have completed registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per member, per household, per device, and per IP address. Alonadt uses technical measures to detect and prevent duplicate bonus claims.
• Standard wagering requirement for all Alonadt bonuses: 20x the bonus amount, unless a specific offer states otherwise.
• Bonus validity period: 30 days from the date of credit, unless stated otherwise in the offer terms. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not been cleared within the validity period will be removed from your balance.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance funds. Bets are placed from real-money balance first; bonus funds are used only when your real-money balance is zero.
• Maximum bet from bonus funds: Rs 500 per bet or spin. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games contribute 10%. Sports bets at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%. Check individual offer terms for game contribution details.

Alonadt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Members who misuse promotional offers — including through collusion, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — may have bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

All bets placed on Alonadt are subject to the rules of the relevant game or sport, plus these general betting rules. In the case of any dispute about the settlement of a bet, Alonadt's decision is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 12.

Casino Games: All casino game results are determined by a certified random number generator. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information screen. Alonadt does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the affected bet will be settled based on the most recent verifiable game state before the fault occurred. If a fair settlement cannot be determined, the bet stake will be refunded.

Sports Betting: Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result recognised by the relevant governing body of the sport. Results from unofficial or disputed sources are not accepted. In-play bets are subject to the odds available at the time the bet is accepted by the Alonadt system — late submissions that are accepted after an event's outcome is determined may be voided.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: The minimum stake for any single bet on Alonadt is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by game and market and are displayed within the game interface or betting slip. Alonadt reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits for individual accounts at its discretion, particularly for accounts showing patterns of advantage play.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; an obvious pricing error occurred that a reasonable person would have recognised as incorrect; or the bet was placed by a suspended or restricted account. Void bet stakes are returned to the member's real-money balance.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on Alonadt. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, using forged or borrowed identity documents, or misrepresenting your identity for any purpose.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Alonadt account, whether in your own name or using variations of your personal information.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, VPNs, or other technical means. Arbitrage betting designed to exploit promotional terms. Coordinating with other accounts to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Collusion: In poker and other player-versus-player games, cooperating with one or more other players to gain an unfair advantage over the rest of the table, including sharing hole cards, signalling, or chip dumping.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated decision-making software to place bets or play games on Alonadt without the express prior written permission of Alonadt.
• Money Laundering: Using Alonadt for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for funds that you have genuinely deposited and used on Alonadt. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and legal action.
• Unauthorised Access Attempts: Attempting to access Alonadt systems, databases, or other members' accounts without authorisation, or attempting to reverse-engineer any aspect of the Alonadt platform.

Alonadt is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become a problem — and we have a genuine obligation to provide tools and support to help those individuals before harm escalates.

Self-Exclusion: Members can request self-exclusion from their account settings for periods of one week, one month, three months, six months, one year, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires. During self-exclusion, all account access is disabled and no marketing communications are sent. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

Deposit Limits: Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when set. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour waiting period. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.

Reality Checks: Members can configure on-screen notifications at intervals of 30, 60, or 90 minutes to display session duration and net profit or loss, so you always have an accurate picture of your current financial position during a session.

If You Need Help: If you feel that your gambling is becoming unmanageable, contact Alonadt support at support@alonadt.net to activate self-exclusion or speak confidentially with a member of our responsible gaming team. Closure by Member: You may close your Alonadt account at any time by contacting support@alonadt.net. Before closing your account, ensure your balance has been withdrawn. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method. Bonus funds remaining at the time of closure are forfeited.

Closure or Suspension by Alonadt: Alonadt reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or breach of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts with a positive balance will be held for a further 36 months, after which unclaimed balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Legal requirement, regulatory instruction, or court order requiring Alonadt to close the account.

Where an account is closed due to suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, Alonadt may retain funds pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the retained funds will be released. Where a breach is confirmed, the retained funds may be forfeited.

Alonadt may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version is always published at alonadt.net/terms-conditions with a clearly marked "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights, obligations, or the conditions of using Alonadt — registered members will receive notification via the registered email address at least seven days before the revised Terms take effect. This gives you time to review the changes and, if you do not accept them, close your account and withdraw your balance before the new Terms become binding.

Minor amendments — such as clarifications of existing clauses, corrections of typographical errors, or non-material additions — take effect upon publication without advance notice, but are always identifiable by the updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of Alonadt after revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

Alonadt's customer support team is available in Pakistan Standard Time via live chat on the platform and by email at support@alonadt.net. For general account questions, technical issues, and payment enquiries, live chat is typically the fastest route to resolution.

Formal Dispute Process: If you believe an Alonadt decision about your account, a game result, or a payment is incorrect, you may raise a formal dispute by emailing support@alonadt.net with the subject line "Formal Dispute" and including your username, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction references, etc.).

All formal disputes are reviewed by a compliance team member who was not involved in the original decision. Alonadt will acknowledge receipt of your dispute within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five business days. Where a dispute requires technical investigation, the timeline may extend to 14 business days — you will be informed if this is the case.

Alonadt's decision at the conclusion of the internal dispute process is final with respect to the platform. If you remain dissatisfied after the internal process is complete, you may contact Alonadt's licensing authority as noted in our registration documentation.
