No. Alonadt operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts result in all accounts beyond the first being closed, and winnings from those accounts may be voided. If you cannot access your existing account, contact support@alonadt.net for account recovery — do not create a new registration.
The minimum age is 18 years. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. All members must verify their age before their first withdrawal using a government-issued Pakistani identity document — CNIC, passport, or driving licence. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 are closed immediately.
Contact support@alonadt.net with your full name and the Pakistani mobile number linked to your account. The support team can locate your account using your mobile number and send a password reset link to your registered email after verifying your identity. Do not attempt to create a new registration — use account recovery instead.
You can request permanent account closure by contacting support@alonadt.net or by activating permanent self-exclusion from your account's Responsible Gaming settings. Before closure, any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Permanent closure cannot be reversed once processed. Deposits & Payments
Log in to your Alonadt account and go to the Deposit section. Select your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, or Visa/Mastercard. Enter the PKR amount you want to deposit and follow the prompts to complete the transaction. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your account within one minute in most cases.
The minimum deposit on Alonadt is Rs 500. This applies across all payment methods — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and card. There is no fee charged by Alonadt on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges in some cases.
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits usually arrive within one minute. Bank IBFT transfers can take up to two hours during business hours. If your deposit has not arrived after the expected time, first check your payment app to confirm the transaction was actually completed and funds left your account. If the deduction shows on your side but the balance has not updated on Alonadt, contact support@alonadt.net with your transaction reference number and time of payment.
Alonadt does not impose a platform-wide maximum single-deposit limit for verified members, though individual payment methods may have their own caps (for example, standard Easypaisa and JazzCash wallet limits apply). You can also voluntarily set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings. Reducing a self-imposed limit takes effect immediately; increasing it requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Withdrawals
Log in to your Alonadt account, go to the Withdrawal section, select your payment method, and enter the PKR amount you want to withdraw. Withdrawals go back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed in under 5 minutes around the clock. Bank IBFT transfers are processed same-day for requests made before 5 PM PKT.
The minimum withdrawal on Alonadt is Rs 500. Withdrawals below this amount are not processed. There is no fee charged by Alonadt on withdrawals, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own standard fees for receiving transfers — check with your provider if unsure.
KYC (Know Your Customer) is the identity verification process required before your first withdrawal. You need to submit a clear photograph or scan of your Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence. KYC documents are processed within 24 hours of submission. Once your KYC is complete, all subsequent withdrawals proceed without any additional document review. KYC is a standard requirement — it protects you and ensures your winnings are paid to the right person.
Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals should complete within 5 minutes under normal conditions. If your withdrawal has been pending longer than 30 minutes, check whether your KYC verification is complete — an unverified account will hold withdrawals regardless of processing speed. The bonus is credited automatically to your bonus balance — no promo code is needed. The welcome bonus has a 20x wagering requirement and a 30-day validity period from the date it is credited.
A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) means you need to bet a total amount equal to the bonus multiplied by the wagering multiplier before the bonus can be converted to withdrawable cash. For Alonadt's welcome bonus: a Rs 1,000 bonus with 20x wagering means you must wager a total of Rs 20,000 before the bonus converts. Slots count 100% toward wagering; live casino games count 10%. In-play betting lets you place wagers while a match is in progress — odds update in real time based on what is happening in the game. On cricket, you can bet on the next wicket, current over run totals, and match winner with odds that reflect the live state of play. Odds fluctuate rapidly during live events, so bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the exact moment your bet is confirmed. A brief bet delay (typically a few seconds) applies on all live markets.

If a match is officially abandoned, postponed, or declared void before the minimum required play is completed, Alonadt will void all bets on that event and return the stake to your PKR balance. For cricket, if a match is abandoned due to weather after the minimum overs threshold for a result has been reached, the result stands and bets are settled normally. Security & KYC
Log in to your Alonadt account and go to Account Settings > Security. Select "Enable Two-Factor Authentication" and follow the on-screen instructions to link your account to an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator). Once enabled, you will need to enter a 6-digit time-sensitive code from the app every time you log in, in addition to your password. 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access even if your password is compromised.
Change your password immediately using the password reset option on the login page. Then log in from a trusted device, check your transaction history and login activity for anything unfamiliar, and contact support@alonadt.net immediately to report the suspected breach. Alonadt's security team will investigate, secure your account, and review any suspicious transactions as a priority. If you are unable to access your account at all, contact support for manual intervention.
KYC documents submitted to Alonadt are typically reviewed and approved within 24 hours. To avoid delays, ensure your CNIC, passport, or driving licence photograph is clear, unobstructed, and shows all four corners of the document. Blurry images or partially covered documents will require resubmission. Once KYC is approved, it does not need to be repeated for future withdrawals unless your personal details change significantly.
Responsible Gaming
Go to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming and select "Self-Exclusion". Choose the duration — one month, three months, six months, one year, or permanently — and confirm. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and locks your account from login, deposits, and all gameplay. Marketing communications are also stopped automatically. Requests to reverse exclusion before the period ends are subject to a 24-hour review delay. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Your balance remains safe and is withdrawable.
